Seva Setu works inside the Claude and ChatGPT apps, and any assistant that supports MCP connectors. Add this address once, sign in with your mobile number, and ask in your own words, in English, Hindi or Assamese.

Add Seva Setu to your assistant

Claude app or claude.ai

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector. Name: Seva Setu. URL: the address above.
  3. Press Connect, enter your mobile number and the OTP, then Allow.
  4. In a new chat, switch Seva Setu on from the tools menu.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (on plans that offer it).
  2. Create a connector with the address above; authentication: OAuth.
  3. Sign in with your mobile number and OTP, then Allow.
  4. In a chat, choose Seva Setu from the tools menu.

App menus change from time to time. Look for “Connectors”, “Apps” or “Tools”.

Which AI does this use?

Seva Setu has no AI of its own. The thinking is done by the assistant you already use: Claude in the Claude app, GPT in ChatGPT. Seva Setu gives it the official rules, the forms and your own records, and only you can press Submit. We test it with a small, low-cost model (Claude Haiku) so that even lightweight assistants get it right.

What happens next

  1. Tell the assistant who is applying. It asks for anything missing, all at once.
  2. It gives you a review link. Open it on the same phone; if asked, sign in again with the mobile OTP.
  3. Take a photo of the Voter ID or birth certificate, check the details (in English, हिन्दी or অসমীয়া) and press Submit.
  4. You get an application number by SMS. Ask the assistant any time: “What is the status?”

Add this as a separate connector and sign in with your named officer account. Ask: “What is waiting for me today? Open the oldest Sonari case.” Every approval or rejection needs your reason and your confirmation on the portal, and is recorded under your name.
